The issues are complicated, the stakes are high, and Diment knows from first hand experience that the big players don’t always play fair.
In Diment’s words, “my authority isn’t actually any more than the client, but I have the knowledge, experience, and resources to get results.”
By combining his specific understanding of consumer advocacy law with his empathy for his neighbors fighting to hold onto their homes and finances, Diment helps his clients through bankruptcies, foreclosure & repossession prevention, garnishment contests, and debt settlement.
His mission: to use his deep knowledge of consumer law to fight for an outcome that puts your future first.
Diment earned his JD while on a full merit scholarship at Faulkner University, Jones School of Law in Montgomery in 2015 after earning his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Northern Michigan University in 2010. He is a member of the National Associate of Consumer Attorneys and licensed to practice in Michigan, Louisiana, and the Federal Court system.
